Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Administrative Assistant for our client located in Moncton, NB.

This is a temporary position with potential for temp-to-perm, offering a salary of $20 per hour. The ideal candidate will be fully fluent in both English and French, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

  • Pay rate : $20 / hour.
  • Location : Moncton, NB
  • Shifts : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, booking boardrooms and equipment, making travel arrangements, and completing expense accounts.
  • Prepare and proofread various documents, such as correspondence, presentations, charts, and project materials.
  • Organize and maintain departmental records, ensuring accuracy and completeness while developing efficient filing systems.
  • Facilitate information exchange with internal and external stakeholders, keeping documents updated and responding to material requests.
  • Assist in meetings by coordinating agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Review and prioritize incoming mail, referring matters for action as needed.
  • Address inquiries both internally and externally, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up.
  • Support the efficient operation of the office by resolving issues and ensuring staff have the necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Take responsibility for specific projects as required. Requirements :
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Completion of a high school or college diploma, majoring in administrative studies, business administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure with sound judgment in challenging situations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven research capabilities.
  • Experience providing comprehensive administrative support to management or teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
