Responsibilities

You will :

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Assist with financial tasks, such as invoicing.
  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory, and mange supplies ordering process.
  • Address clients and customers needs and issues.

Qualifications

  • Related administrative experience
  • Data entry skills
  • Administrative skills
  • Multitasking skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Outgoing attitude
