PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Spearhead initiatives that not only drive sales growth within key accounts but also shatter expectations by boosting revenue, enhancing account profitability, and solidifying customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- In partnership with the District Sales Manager, craft and implement strategies that are focused on expanding account growth and optimizing pricing models.
- Master the art of sales by leveraging the Crane Supply's cutting-edge sales process and productivity tools, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Forge strong and supportive relationships with operations and support staff, guaranteeing the gold standard in quality and punctuality in every product delivery to our customers.
- Expand and nurture our customer base by engaging in proactive prospecting and delivering unparalleled customer service, setting the stage for sustained growth.
- Target and achieve ambitious sales milestones, showcasing our commitment to excellence and strategic growth.
- Develop and maintain enduring relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within our accounts, laying the foundation for long-term success and partnership.
- Engage in high impact sales calls and offer robust product support when necessary, ensuring our customers feel valued and supported.
- Deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate the unique benefits and value of our product and service offerings.
- Proactively identify and solve challenges, turning obstacles into opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Keep a pulse on competitor movements and strategies, integrating this intelligence into strategies that drive profitable sales and market advantage.
- Strategically manage territory activities and fulfill additional responsibilities as needed, ensuring a holistic and proactive approach to sales success.
COMPENSATION
- Salary $75,000 - $80,000 per year
- Incentive bonus up to 60% of base salary
- Monthly automobile allowance of $800.00 per month plus mileage reimbursement

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 years outside sales experience selling industrial PVF products in a B2B setting
- Proven ability to effectively present products and solutions to customers and close sales opportunities
- Strong negotiating, drive to succeed, new business development experience
- Highly organized and into the detail combined with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency and customer focus
- Strong software skills, including CRM and ERP
- Valid driver’s license
