Key Duties & Responsibilities :
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through proactive business development initiatives. In your first year or two, you will immerse yourself in our business, products, and client base, while actively engaging in the following responsibilities :
- Business Development : Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in alignment with company objectives. This involves researching potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our products and solutions effectively.
- Client Relationship Management : Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products.
- Market Research : Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential new markets for our products. Use this information to inform product development strategies and market expansion plans.
- Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our product line, including its features, benefits, and applications. Utilize this knowledge to effectively communicate with clients and address their inquiries or concerns.
- Continuous Learning : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements in the precast concrete industry. Apply this knowledge to enhance sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Additional duties as assigned
Experience & Qualifications :
Job Type : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : $80, - $90, per year, plus bonus and benefits
