DBC Heating, Air Conditioning & Appliance Service is seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! We are a 30 year old appliance service company that is certified, licensed and insured. Here you will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities :

Answer and book service calls via emails and phone calls
Dispatch Technicians to service
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Do bookkeeping and maintaining files
Create and mail invoices
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications :

High school Diploma or associate’s degree

Experience as an Office Assistant or in a related field

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Warm personality with strong communication skills

Proficient in English (Write, Read & Speak)

Ability to work with Word Processing

Ability to work well under limited supervision

Have a valid driver’s license

References upon request

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

Salary $35,000-$45,000 per annum, Based on experience. Paid bi-weekly.
