  • Partner with Sales, RGM, and OMNI Marketing to align insights with customer strategies, pricing, innovation, assortment, and execution.
  • Ensure insights are integrated into core commercial processes and support enterprise‑level decision making.

  • 5–7 years of CPG experience in Category Management, Customer/Commercial Insights, Category Advisership, Sales Analytics, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian retail and shopper landscape
  • Experience managing National customers (eg. Walmart, Sobey, LCL) is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency with syndicated data (Nielsen IQ, Numerator, Shopper Intelligence) and retailer data platforms such as Circana/IRI, Retail Link, dunnhumby, LDIA, or other customer portals
  • Experience with planogram/category tools (JDA/Blue Yonder, Apollo)
  • Advanced analytical skills with strong Excel and PowerPoint capability
  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and customer teams by turning complex data into clear, compelling insights
  • Curious, creative, and insight‑driven, with a proactive, action‑oriented mindset
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leveraging new technology and AI to improve efficiency and insight generation
