We are seeking a Senior IT / VoIP Deployment Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the planning, management and delivery of technology related projects for our customers across Canada and the world.

Responsibilities :

• Plan, Configure, Test, Document, Coordinate, Deploy and Develop / Provide training on various IT systems.
• Design site surveys and project status checklists.
• Delegate tasks and supervise junior employees.
• Track multiple site deployments and support requests and their status.
• Efficiently prioritize technical support requests based on the issues presented with the assistance of Senior Management.
• Evaluate new IT strategies and procedures.
• Meet with Senior Management daily (or as required) to discuss issues and challenges.
• Maintain required project documentation.
• Ability to communicate to customers in an effective manner.
• Ability to train users on phone system usage, assist users with remote deployment of desk phones.

Skill and Requirements :

• Work from our office in Vaughan, Ontario.
• Must have strong verbal and written fluency in English.
• Strong verbal and written fluency in French is helpful but not required.
• Ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of VoIP based Telephony. Consideration will be given to those with good Computer Networking and / or other IT backgrounds.
• 3CX Phone System v18+ optional.
• Debian OS optional.
• A+, Network+ or related work experience (optional but helpful).
• 5+ Years experience working in IT or related fields with some experience in project and / or team management.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
• Deadline and detail oriented.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Must provide a clean Criminal Background Check (CRJMC)

Salary Range :

$60K to $90K per year, based on skills and experience.

Working Hours :

• 5 days per week, 44 hours per week.
• Scheduled additional on-call hours, for emergency after-hours calls.

Concord, ON L4K 2T8 : reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Language :

• Strong verbal and written English
• Special consideration will be given to candidates with strong verbal and written French but it is not a requirement for this position.

In-office, in-person.
