Ensure proposal deadlines are met by establishing priorities and schedules. Report issues to managers promptly. Maintain quality standards and proposal support databases. Enhance proposal writing processes and material while maintaining a response library for future reference. Organize and manage electronic files in the company's platform and CRM. 3+ years of RFP writing or corporate communications experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Highly organized and self-directed. Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills. Collaborative team player. Deadline-driven in a fast-paced environment. Bilingualism is a plus.
