Job descriptionUndergraduate degree in a computer related field. Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux Server, including Active Directory Service, File Service, and Avaya PBX systems. Experience with Windows and Linux command scripting is preferred. Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure and in high-volume environments. Networking experience is a plus (e.g., VLAN, VPN, and connectivity knowledge). Strong working knowledge of cyber security best practices and measurements (e.g., antivirus, malware management, and security policy implementation). Strong customer service and follow-up skills. Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Chinese is considered an asset. Independent problem solver with strong troubleshooting, decision-making, and analytical skills. Associate Contract Information Technology Industries : Banking
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate technical support to employees.
- Operate and maintain the IT infrastructure environment, including VM, storage and server (Windows and Linux), network components (e.g., VMs, Active Directory, Mail server, Cisco network, File server).
- Perform IT daily operation tasks; troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of infrastructure incidents and provide corrective actions.
- Conduct research, development, maintenance, and management of infrastructure technology solutions.
- Provide administrative support and maintain in-depth knowledge of bank policies and procedures.
- Manage IT assets, including both hardware and software.
- Develop and maintain IT-related policies, procedures, manuals, and guidelines.
