About the role
The Bernardi Centre is expanding, and we are seeking a goal-oriented program manager to support our growth. The manager will help ensure projects are delivered successfully, exceeding client expectations and meeting internal quality standards.
Key responsibilities include :
- Project management : Leading projects from start to finish ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Training program management : Managing and prioritizing training schedules, generating project timelines and providing relevant details to trainers.
- Client interface : Coordinating logistics and training agreements with clients, with an emphasis on client service.
- Internal process improvement : Implementing and maintaining project management tools, identifying and driving process improvements.
- Billing & administration : Coordinating billing and related administrative tasks.
- Proposal & RFP management : Preparing proposals and overseeing the firm’s submissions to RFPs (requests for proposal) and assist with other business development efforts.
- Reporting : Preparing dashboards and status reports.
Skills and Attributes
The skills and attributes for the role include :
- A post-secondary degree / diploma in a related field.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, MS Project) and Microsoft Office.
- Proven project manager experience (PMP certification would be an asset).
- Exceptional attention to detail, communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility, and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
