We are seeking a Sales Finance Controller to partner closely with our Grocery & Drug Channel Sales teams, driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making. This role is critical in ensuring alignment between financial targets and commercial execution, while optimizing trade investments and enhancing overall profitability.
Your responsibilities
- Act as the primary finance partner to Sales Directors and account teams, aligning on commercial plans, Annual Operating Plans (AOP), and forecasts. - Manage and optimize trade spend, ensuring adherence to funding principles and maximizing ROI on promotions. - Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying key drivers (volume, mix, pricing, trade rates) and recommending corrective actions.The experience we're looking for
