As a Production Team Member at Imperial Manufacturing, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks on the production line to ensure efficient and high-quality production processes.

Candidates should be in New Brunswick and legally eligible to work in Canada.Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 15 PM or Monday to Friday, 3 : 30 PM to 11 : 30 PMResponsibilitiesMachine Operation : Operate and oversee the function of production machinery, ensuring machines are set up correctly and operating efficiently.

Production : Read and interpret job order sheets to understand daily production requirements and adjust tasks accordingly.

Assembly : Assemble prefabricated parts on the assembly line, utilizing hand tools and power tools as needed to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently.

Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and support a cohesive work environment.

Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Quality Inspection : Inspect products during and after production to verify adherence to quality standards and specifications.

Additional Duties : Perform other related duties as assigned to support the production process and contribute to meeting customer orders and deadlines.

QualificationsMechanical Aptitude : Demonstrated mechanical understanding and skills.Quality Focus : Strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Physical Capability : Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Manual Dexterity : Excellent hand-eye coordination and precision.Reliability : Consistently dependable and punctual.

Comfort with Repetitive Tasks : Willingness to efficiently handle repetitive work.Teamwork : Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Manufacturing Experience : At least one year of recent experience in a manufacturing environment.Work Eligibility : Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
