The Opportunity:

Harding Medical is searching for a Sales Support to join our Sales team [INSERT HERE]. If you are enthusiastic and a self-motivated individual, you are our ideal candidate!

What You Will Do:

• Maintain a cheerful attitude while answering all inbound calls and addressing customer or sales team needs
• Effectively communicate with all departments, manufacturers and purchasing staff
• Support sales staff by completing and processing orders and quotes from customers and Occupational Therapists
• Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
• Manage pick tickets, and packing lists for the Sales staff delivery orders
• Ensure the accurate input of data and assist with tracking of orders within software to determine approvals, and conversions
• Track all demonstration and evaluation inventory

What You Need to Succeed:

• Grade 12 or equivalent, with 1+ years in a sales support or customer facing role
• Previous experience in the home medical industry and/or sales support position is an asset. Basic knowledge of medical terminology is an asset
• Bilingual in French and English an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organization, and time management skills to prioritize task
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
