SALARY : $46,000-$49,000
OVERVIEW
The Service Coordinator helps keep projects running smoothly and on track. This role supports Service Project Managers, Team Leads, and Director with the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything organized — including tracking progress, maintaining documentation, handling data entry, filing photos, following up on tasks, and processing invoices. The position plays a key part in keeping operations efficient and enabling the team to deliver great service and support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and timelines to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Provide administrative and logistical support
- Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation and records
- Assist with data entry, filing photos, follow-ups, and processing invoices
- Maintain organized project files and update databases as needed
- Communicate with internal teams to support smooth project execution
- Support management with other administrative tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS and COMPETENCIES
Business administration experience or 2-5 years’ experience in a call center environment is an assetStrong familiarity with sign products and service is helpfulPositive and engaging attitude with a sense of professionalism, patience and commitment to serviceProficient in communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to adapt communication depending on the audience receiving the messageAptitude to identify / communicate potential roadblocks / challenges from a system, service or process perspective and offer solutions / recommendations to improve as neededProven ability to analyze & define a problem, evaluate alternatives and propose an effective solutionOrganization capability with attention to detail, multi-tasking skills and proven expertise on time management and collaborationExcellent skills in developing and fostering effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholdersKnowledge of Microsoft Office suite & Epicor10Preferably bilingual – English & FrenchWHAT WE OFFER :
