HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE :
- Review applications for primarily commercial title insurance
- Draft endorsements to fit particular insurance situations
- Field customer inquiries regarding coverage matters
- Assist in drafting new forms of policies and other products
- Research questions of real estate law in all Canadian jurisdictions
- Provide advice to the company’s business groups on underwriting matters
- Support the Sales team with product knowledge
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING :
- Member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario or another provincial law society (5+ years experience in real estate law);
- Experience as a title insurance underwriter
- Bilingualism (French / English) an asset but not required;
- Willingness to quickly adapt to change;
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities, tasks, and make decisions in a fast paced environment;
- High degree of accuracy and follow-through in completing work assignments.
Work location options : Calgary, Vancouver, or Oakville, Ontario.
