Software International (SI) supplies technical talent to a variety of clinets ranging from Fortune 100 / 500 / 1000 companies to small and mid-sized organizations in Canada / US.
We currently have a long term (2 year) renewable contract with our large SAP consulting client. The role is a hybrid, with some visits to office / client in the Ottawa area.
Role : SAP Engagement Lead
Type : Contract
Duration : 2 years + possible extensions
Rate : $110 - $120 / hr C2C - depending on overall experience
Location : Ottawa, ON
Languages : ENG but bilingualism in French would be highly desireable.
Lead the overall SAP engagement program at customer. Will need to be a very senior resource that has executive presence and can guide a global team.
The ideal candidate would have extensive experience with specific management experience leading large-scale change and transformational programmes.
They will have a strong customer and outcome orientation with a proven track record in delivering results.

- Proven expertise in managing impactful customer relationships, customer escalations, co-innovation engagement and projects.
- Be comfortable working at the most senior levels of SAPs client organisations.
- Have sound knowledge of the SAP market and competition; a strong negotiator who has experience in ensuring customer success and achieving customer references.
- Strong Network & Collaboration Skills
- Have experience of managing effectively in a networked and matrixed team environment.
- Strong network with broader SAP community.
- Well polished Communication & Presentation Skills
- Highly skilled in stakeholder management and C-Level communications skills.
- Comfortable speaking to large external audiences at SAP event. A story-teller.
