About the Role

Reporting to the Manager Financial Applications Brookfield Renewable is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with hands-on experience in ERP and financial applications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys troubleshooting within the ERP and other Financial applications while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for ERP and financial applications issues escalated beyond standard support processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day system issues to support stakeholders on new requests or incidents related to Financial Applications.
• Collaborate with a team of Business and Systems Analysts to support and maintain ERP and financial applications through configuration incident resolution and features development.
• Analyze business processes and system workflows to identify gaps inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
• Develop hands on knowledge of the ERP and other Financial Applications to investigate issues identify root causes and drive resolutions.
• Perform impact analysis across modules and systems to ensure changes are sustainable compliant and aligned with business goals.
• Act as the liaison between Finance Operational business units Technical teams and Vendors.
• Facilitate the collection of business requirements understand analyze and translate them into system requirements configurations and customizations.
• Participate in the collection and presentation of evidence to support the organizations audit cycles.

Knowledge and Experience Required

Note : Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Brookfields identity. This position requires the employee to be on-site for a minimum of 3 days to perform most effectively. We will reassess the approach on a as needed basis.
