What You’ll Do :

• Maintain a positive teamwork environment and adhere to safe work practices at all times.
• Mentor apprentices, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and correctly.
• Oversee the ordering of parts and manage inventory levels to ensure timely and accurate stock.
• Organize and manage the shipping, receiving, and returns of parts and materials.
• Create invoices and estimates, maintain accurate records, and handle payment transactions.
• Utilize online tools to source and identify parts, ensuring quality and availability.
• Answer phone calls and take customer orders in a professional and efficient manner.
• Lift and handle objects up to 50lbs as required.
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers to meet their needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure a productive environment.
• Perform any other related duties as necessary to support the team and business operations.

on experience.
