Connatre lensemble de ses produits et tre en mesure de bien diriger les clients dans leurs choix

Accueillir et prendre soin des clients

Anticiper les besoins des clients en allant audel de leurs attentes

Assurer en tout temps la satisfaction des clients

Suivre les standards et rgles des Htels Fairmont

Prparations des boissons pour les serveurs restaurant et lounge;

Participer aux runions dpartementales ainsi quaux programmes de formation;

Excution des tches hebdomadaires et quotidiennes tel que demand

Responsable de linventaire rquisition rotation et entreposage des boissons;

Maintenir la propret et lentretien de lorganisation du bar;

Accomplir toutes autres tches connexes assignes par la direction.

Qualifications :

Excellentes aptitudes communiquer loral comme lcrit en franais et en anglais afin de comprendre et discuter aisment avec une clientle internationale de faon rgulire;
Une exprience pralable de barman est privilgie;
Connaissance dun systme de point de vente (systme POS) est un atout;
Excellentes aptitudes en communication;
Sens de lorganisation;
Connaissance approfondie des cocktails et des alcools;
Un cours en service des boissons sera considr comme un atout;
Aptitudes travailler efficacement sous pression dans un environnement au rythme soutenu;
Particulirement responsable et fiable.
