Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring the successful execution of our aerospace projects. Your responsibilities include :
- Project Coordination : Efficiently coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved in our complexe projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Client Relationship Management : Cultivate strong client relationships by providing exemplary service and acting as a bridge between the clients and our organization, fostering trust and satisfaction.
- Workload Definition : Clearly define project workloads, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring a structured approach to project management.
- Financial Oversight : Take charge of financial aspects by managing project P&L and cash flow, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Risk Analysis and Mitigation : Identify potential project risks and proactively develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance : Uphold the highest standards of quality in project deliverables, continuously striving to exceed client expectations.
- Reporting : Provide regular, comprehensive status updates and workload assessments to the executive team, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
- Procurement Management : Oversee procurement activities and necessary supplier relationships within the defined budgetary framework, optimizing resource allocation.
- Team Performance and Development : Collaborate with the HR team to enhance team performance through coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
