Project Managers at GURUS are vital to the successful delivery of our architectural, implementation, and integration projects, all with NetSuite at its core.
You will be a key player for the GURUS team by enabling and guiding both internal and external teams with business process discussions, solution designs, and project planning and execution.

What do we value in our Project Managers?
- 3-5 years of experience in system / application, business consulting or people management, either with a consulting firm or software provider
- Experience with any of the following : NetSuite, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Great Plain, SalesForce.com, PeopleSoft or JD Edwards
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science or any relevant discipline
- Extensive business process experience is a strong asset
- Go-getter attitude and ability to adapt to different project situations
- Strong project definition skills and oversight of the entire project lifecycle
- Excellent people management skills; ability to motivate, mentor, coach, and lead multi-disciplinary projects
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in both French and English *
- PMP certification (an asset)
- Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies an asset, along with experience with JIRA
What’s a regular day for our Project Managers at GURUS?
- Collaborate with functional and development teams to gather and document client business requirements
- Develop proposals and Project Plans with the Sales and Professional Services team
- Designing and re-engineering business process solutions with the Professional Services team, aligned with clients business and strategic goals
- Create and manage project schedules, organize activities, establish a sequence of execution, and identify dependencies and resource requirements
- Schedule and manage resources throughout project life cycles, including :
- Managing engagement
- Preparing and leading client meetings
- Managing communication between the delivery team and stakeholders
- Assure that all aspects of the project are progressing appropriately, including : scheduling, budget to actuals, and any out of scope escalation issues
- Plan, manage and communicate the achievement of project milestones by providing customers with weekly status reports and conducting internal project team meetings
- Identify additional upselling and cross-selling opportunities before, during and after the project
- Learn, utilize and promote the GURUS Delivery Methodology
