Description
- Collaborate with sponsors and business managers to define project objectives, success criteria, and key deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
- Identify, document, and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns as they arise.
- Identify potential project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Continuously monitor and manage risks, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure project success.
- Work closely with Business Analysts (BAs), System Analysts (SAs), and the Program Manager to plan and execute requirement gathering sessions.
- Utilize PMP methodologies and tools to effectively manage project execution and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Ensure all required project documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Obtain approvals from sponsors and key stakeholders for critical project deliverables and milestones.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs remain within the approved scope.
- Understand and drive project performance towards achieving and exceeding established Key Performance Indicators.
- Regularly report on project performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Lead and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and effective decision-making.
- Monitor project progress and adjust ensure alignment with the project plan and objectives.
