We are looking for a Project Manager who will manage complexprojects, processes, tools, and activities in support of HelloFresh’s strategicportfolio.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic PMO, you will take onend-to-end responsibilities, managing projects with high impact within theorganization.

As part of this team, you will play a key role in helping ourStrategic Project Management Office become a center of excellence in portfolioand project management.

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of highcomplexity projects with high impact within HelloFresh Canada. Managecross-functional stakeholders to collect their inputs and ensure theircommitment in your project and its timely delivery
• Support the development of project proposal, charters,plans, schedules, resource plans, business plans, and performance metrics
• Understand and solve complex problems that stretch overmultiple parts of the business
• Analyze and present data in order to provide solidrecommendations for the project to the senior leadership team
• Develop and maintain systems for the tracking and reportingof project and portfolio progress and outcomes for the SPMO, key projectsponsors, and senior leadership
• Plan and facilitate workshops and key stakeholder meetingsto further the education and understanding of portfolio and project management,as well as for the successful delivery of strategic projects or other businessinitiatives
• All other duties, as assigned

• 4+ years of work experience with 2+ years of projectmanagement experience (proven track record of handling the full projectlifecycle for multiple concurrent projects)
• Experience in working cross-functionally with stakeholdersfrom supply chain operations, product, and / or packaging in consulting,engineering, and / or consumer retail industries
• Bachelor’s Degree in in Business, Management, Engineering,Computer Science or related fields
• Experience in waterfall and / or agile project managementmethodologies. PMP certification is a plus
• Experience with solving operational problems and proficiencyin with problem-solving methodologies (e.g. lean six sigma, processimprovement, data analysis, issue tree analysis, A / B testing, data modeling)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ademonstrated ability to effectively build relationships and collaborate withindividuals at all organizational levels, from frontline staff to seniorexecutives
