Be our next Intermediate Electrical Designer – Water / Wastewater!

Your work environment at EXP

In this role, you will be a part of the Infrastructure team, based in Barrie office and have the opportunity to work on the various municipal projects.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

• Coordination with local power utility companies for new / upgrades of electrical service
• Coordination with various process engineering disciplines associated with water and wastewater design
• Electrical system analysis and calculations
• Design of electrical power, control, and lighting systems from service to load
• Design of fire alarm systems and low voltage systems
• Service room layout, utility conduit coordination, grounding and lighting protection
• Prepare design narrative and feasibility reports
• Electrical & fire alarm field surveys, inspections, and punch lists
• Electrical analysis using SKM Power Tools software
• Generator sizing using manufacturers’ software
