As a CAD-focused technical leader in Vancouver, Sudbury, or Mississauga , you'll strengthen WSP's digital workflows, champion best practices, and help project teams deliver accurate, efficient, and sustainable infrastructure solutions.
Your Impact
- Lead the development, governance, and evolution of CAD standards, templates, and digital workflows to improve consistency and quality across multidisciplinary teams.
- Oversee model and drawing production systems, ensuring strong version control, data integrity, and adherence to WSP digital delivery requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to optimize project workflows, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and smarter data use.
- Mentor and support team members in effective use of CAD tools, promoting continuous learning and adoption of best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve complex CAD challenges, implementing solutions that reduce rework and enhance team performance.
- Evaluate emerging digital tools and workflows, influencing technology decisions and advancing WSP's digital delivery capabilities.
- Champion innovation, sustainability, and technical excellence in all digital production processes.
