What you will be doing

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Deliver a UX vision along with a plan for evolutionary, iterative updates that actualize the larger vision over time.
• Define and implement the User Experience design processes for Innomar’s software products.
• Build strong relationships with Product Development team and stakeholders to efficiently implement user experience that are cohesive, inclusive and well informed
• Work closely with product development teams to create designs that are technically feasible and support product non-functional requirements.
• Create intuitive and attractive user interfaces for professional software applications.
• Define and implement user interface design standards for applications, to optimize ease-of-use and achieve an integrated and consistent look and feel.
• Lead and provide direction to a team of UX designers
• Conduct performance reviews and create development plans for team members
• Performs related duties as assigned.
