Overview

AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Civil / Structural Technologist or Technician to join our team in Winnipeg office. This position offers the ability to work on projects across Canada and around the world all while being supported locally as part of a multidiscipline team of broadly experienced engineers technologists and technical design staff. This position offers interesting and challenging work with an opportunity for the selected candidate to progress rapidly within the company.

Your role

• Preparation of REVIT drawing models and related contract drawing packages necessary for support of engineering projects.
• Utilize BIM software throughout project development and construction.
• Prepare sketches review progress and provide direction to technical staff during development of project drawings.
• Prepare material quantity take-offs and contribute to engineering level cost estimating assignments.
• Adhere to schedules and budgets for project deliverables.
• Undertake site data gathering progress monitoring and inspection activities when required.
• Comply with corporate QA procedures and documentation requirements.
