YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A DRAFTING TECHNOLOGIST :

• Develop technical drawing sets from concept to design for custom homes and multi-family dwellings.
• Maintain current knowledge of local / provincial building codes and by-laws, ensuring architectural and structural requirement compliance.
• Submit design files for review and approval.
• Coordinate with construction managers through planning, development, and construction phases for each project.
• Develop residential blueprints for construction manager.
• Verify designs for accuracy and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
