The Opportunity :
Scope of the Position
Reporting to the Manager of FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst is a key strategic partner responsible for delivering insightful financial analysis and supporting decision-making across the organization. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The position encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including planning, forecasting, reporting, and analyzing financial data, assets, and cash flow to drive organizational performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct complex financial analyses, including variance analysis versus budget and forecasts, as well as market trend evaluation and benchmarking.
- Develop and enhance financial models to support consolidation, reporting, and strategic analysis.
- Support the annual budgeting process and semi-annual forecasting by gathering assumptions and performing variance analyses with actionable recommendations.
- Lead regular reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of monthly management reports and quarterly covenant reports.
- Collaborate on the development and enhancement of KPI dashboards, contributing to the identification and refinement of performance metrics.
- Maintain and update long-term financial forecast models to support strategic growth initiatives.
- Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and provide actionable insights.
- Assist with investment analysis, including preparing pro forma financial statements, conducting valuations, and supporting due diligence activities.
- Partner with the Manager of FP&A to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Support the Finance team during the annual audit process.
- Perform special projects and ad hoc analyses as required.
