Our goal is to provide an environment that respects and honours a work-life balance.A day in the life:The Dispatch position is responsible for dispatching customer requests to technicians and providing planned maintenance scheduling. They will utilize ERP software to coordinate and track technicians to ensure route optimization, and monitor and maintain technician daily time sheets. They are responsible for following up on work order progress and maintaining communication with customers. They will actively support our customer service team and provide fleet management duties. Our ideal candidate is an energetic and team-oriented individual with a true understanding of customer service and a mind for detail and organization who approaches problems methodically and demonstrates sound judgement.
