Responsibilities : Develop and Articulate Strategic Vision : Define and communicate the organization's strategic objectives, fostering a collaborative and positive company culture that empowers teams to achieve long-term goals.Leadership and Team Development : Build a high-performing team by overseeing recruitment, training, professional growth initiatives, performance evaluation, and fostering team motivation.Financial Oversight : Assume full profit-and-loss (P&L) responsibility, ensuring financial health through effective budgeting, cost control, sales growth strategies, and operational excellence.Strategic Decision-Making : Drive key business decisions regarding strategy, investments, and resource allocation. Regularly evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and adapt plans to align with organizational goals.Operational Management : Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution and attention to detail across all business functions.External Representation and Relationship Building : Represent the organization to clients, industry leaders, and stakeholders.
