QUALIFICATIONS :
Education, Training And Experience
A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Master's degree in Organization Development, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Adult Education or related field and five (5) years' recent related experience in area of expertise.
Skills And Abilities
- Solid understanding of human resource practices, adult learning principles, leadership theory, and change and project management methodology.
- Ability to assess, design, implement and evaluate learning strategies and methodologies based on adult learning principles and practices.
- Ability to problem-solve in order to incorporate the organization's systems and strategies when developing viable solutions to problems. Demonstrated consulting and facilitation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills - both verbally and in writing, including strong presentation skills, virtual and in person to a variety of audiences.
- Mentorship and coaching skills.
- Project management and change management experience.
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
