So, whether you’re looking to build new skills, make an impact in your community, or inspire your team, we go there for you.

As a member of the Learning and Development team, the Operations Trainer is responsible for ensuring that new and existing employees are trained and compliant with regulatory, safety, and health and safety training requirements at Purolator facilities. • Work at designated Purolator facilities.
• Perform other assigned duties.

• Strong, proven presentation skills with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and in a team to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
• One to three years of hands-on training experience (adult learning principles).
• Experience training, coaching, and evaluating employees on proper procedures and performance standards, including hands-on demonstrations.
• Previous experience influencing and collaborating with front-line Operations to achieve training objectives.
• Knowledge of Purolator operating procedures is an asset.
• Must pass both a written and practical driving test.
• Must complete or have completed Purolator’s Train-the-Trainer program.
• Must complete or have completed Purolator’s Defensive Driving and Courier Methods and Procedures training.

• Experience using digital platforms such as Microsoft Teams and WebEx is required.
• Bilingualism is mandatory (in Quebec).
• Ability to travel 20% to 70% of the time to Purolator facilities.
• Flexibility with work schedule to meet business needs.
