Reporting to the Regional Director, your duties will be to : - Be responsible for the finance department - Be a member of the management committee - Be involved in financial strategy and production operations - Improve project efficiency and profitability - Implement policies and internal controls - Participate in budgeting and monthly follow-ups - Be involved in production costs - Make improvements to departmental processes - Other related tasksWhat we're looking for : - Over 5 years' experience in manufacturing - More than 10 years in the manufacturing field - CPA designation (asset) - Knowledge of IFRS standards - Bilingualism required We offer.. : - A salary between 135k and 155k + bonus structure - An RRSP contribution from the employer that increases with years of service - Recognition for vacation time based on years of experience - A telecommuting policy
