Position : Senior Information Technology Project Manager

Reporting to : President, CEC

Location : Brampton, ON (Hybrid / On-site as required)

Carrier Enterprise Canada is seeking a highly skilled and forward thinking Senior Information Technology Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a strategic role for an experienced IT leader who thrives in a dynamic, high growth environment and enjoys driving meaningful business outcomes through technology.

The Senior Information Technology Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and delivering major IT initiatives that support our CAD ~$500M Canadian business unit. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications (U.S.) with a dotted line to the President, Carrier Enterprise Canada, this role ensures that enterprise systems, digital capabilities, and technology roadmaps are tightly aligned with business objectives.

This highly visible, self starter position leads large scale, country wide IT projects from concept to execution, partnering closely with functional leaders and our centralized shared services IT organization

The Opportunity :

• Develop and maintain a multi year IT project roadmap that aligns with business strategy and operational priorities.
• Partner with functional departments to implement technology solutions that improve processes, productivity, and customer experience.
• Lead full lifecycle project management for complex IT initiatives, including planning, budgeting, resource coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure technology systems and practices comply with relevant regulations, data protection laws, and cybersecurity standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, integrators, and technology partners.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging modern applications, automation, analytics, and AI to enhance operational efficiency.
• Champion change management practices to support smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Incentive Compensation : As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Carrier General Bonus Program.
