Job Summary :
On behalf of a major hospital in Canada, we are seeking several experienced X-ray technicians to take up full-time positions in Eastern Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining accurate records. This role is crucial in assisting physicians with diagnosing and treating medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate X-ray equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Position patients and equipment to capture the necessary images while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Follow established protocols for radiographic procedures.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to discuss imaging results and patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation of procedures.
- Adhere to safety standards and infection control protocols.
- Stay current with advances in radiographic technology and techniques.
