Job descriptionTrain new employees and dealers in the RFP product solutioning process. Provide consultative support to dealers for product customization and specification. Manage special pricing requests and offer structured support to dealers. Collaborate with technical services to develop appropriate product applications. College diploma in interior design, architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience Ability to stay informed about product developments and its competitors Proficiency in design and specification tools (CAD, CAP2020, Project Matrix, Sketchup, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Outstanding organizational and time management skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Knowledge of current design trends and workplace strategies Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)

Main Responsibilities :
- Participate in the analysis of RFP / RFI / RFQ.
- Collaborate with the bid response team to deliver compliant product solutions.
- Search for or craft responses aligned with specific opportunities.
- Communicate with assigned specifiers for major projects and bids.
- Develop and implement product application strategies.
- Review technical information for accuracy.
- Provide graphic representations of product solution concepts.
- Customize solutions and pricing in the pre-bid phase.
- Assist Corporate Accounts Director in finalizing proposals.
