Job description
Senior Solutions Architect – Containerized Platform Solutions
Apply to join Celonis, a leading Process Intelligence technology provider. We are looking for a proactive Senior Solutions Architect with expertise in containerized solutions for our new self‑hosted platform initiative.
The Team
Solutions Architects are vital members of project teams, often serving as the initial technical point of contact for customers and key technical stakeholders. They drive the technical setup to leverage the full range of Celonis features : process mining, process automation, Action Flow, and task mining.
The Role
As a Senior Solutions Architect specializing in containerized solutions, your primary focus will be leading the deployment of self‑hosted solutions in complex enterprise environments, translating customer requirements, ensuring successful integration and guiding user management and authentication.
The work you’ll do
Lead complex technical discussions, analyze customer architecture, recommend optimal containerized solutions, and facilitate deployment.
Establish real‑time data integrations between customer systems and Celonis using APIs and internal tools.
Remove technical obstacles to maximize user adoption, clarifying risks and trade‑offs.
Guide customers on authentication (SSO), user / group management (LDAP) and provisioning best practices.
Promote reusability by coordinating platform enhancements with Celonis Product Development.
The qualifications you need
3+ years deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, OpenShift, etc.).
Experience implementing infrastructure as code (Terraform); Helm or Kustomize preferred; knowledge of ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Ansible, etc.
Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficiency with REST / SOAP API‑Management, Data Ingestion & Streaming (Kafka), SSO, LDAP, IT Security, Agile.
Experience with Python, SQL and data pipelines & ETL processes for large volumes of data.
Knowledge of security and compliance topics for enterprise applications.
Solid project management experience, customer‑centric focus, and strong communication in English and German.
