Nous sommes à la recherche d'un chargé de projet passionné pour orchestrer des initiatives stimulantes au cœur de Lévis. Responsibilities
En tant que chargé de projet, voici un aperçu de votre quotidien :
- Préparation et coordination (contrats, permis, assurances)
- Définition des cibles, livrables, budgets et échéanciers
- Contrôle budgétaire et suivi des coûts (TEC)
- Gestion et mise à jour du calendrier des travaux
- Coordination globale (contremaîtres, sous-traitants, fournisseurs)
- Communication fluide avec les équipes sur le terrain
- Gestion des modifications et estimations des coûts
- Animation des réunions de chantier
- Application rigoureuse des normes de santé et sécurité (SST)
Qualifications
Pour exceller à titre de chargé de projet, voici le profil recherché :
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience préalable comme chargé de projets en construction
- Leadership inspirant
- Sens de l'organisation exceptionnel
- Gestion multisite et multiprojet
- Esprit de collaboration
- Excellentes habiletés communicationnelle
