Role : Bilingual Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist (French & English)
This role involves delivering specialized expertise in talent acquisition and onboarding, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. The specialist will collaborate with hiring managers and HR professionals in the Americas to meet staffing needs and foster a diverse, inclusive candidate experience.
Mission
To manage Epiroc's Talent Acquisition and Onboarding processes, from offer acceptance to full integration, including sourcing, screening, coordinating orientation, background checks, paperwork, training, and supporting new hires. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and HR teams in the Americas region.
Responsibilities : Recruitment :
- Manage the recruitment process from needs analysis to advertising, selection, and pre-boarding, in line with Epiroc policies and in collaboration with HR and managers.
- Understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to identify the best fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Analyze and improve recruitment processes, leveraging digitization and agile methodologies.
