  • Partner with fabrication shop leadership and subject matter experts to deeply understand current‑state operations, constraints, and improvement opportunities.
  • Gathers, documents, designs, validates, and gains sign off on business system user requirements.
  • Support and enhance systems used in fabrication environments, such as production tracking, weld tracking, inspection management, materials movement, and document control.
  • Ensure technology solutions align with shop floor realities, safety requirements, quality standards, and productivity targets.

  • Creates and executes change management plans to drive acceptance, adoption, minimize resistance, and maximize engagement and efficiencies.
  • Provides robust, customer centric support to all users.
  • Tests the system configuration to identify issues and ensure configuration matches requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of business analysis experience is required.
  • Post-secondary education in information systems, information technology, business administration, commerce, computing science or a related field is required.
