Dans votre rôle, vous devrez :

Définir des exigences en matière d'intégrité structurelle pour les divers composants de systèmes tels que les trains d’atterrissage, les roues & systèmes de freinage, les commandes de vol FBW, les volets hypersustentateurs, les composantes hydrauliques, systèmes de puissance d’urgence, système de carburant et d’inertage, systèmes pneumatiques, système moteur et de protection d’incendie.

Développer des méthodologies d’intégrité structurelles des dits systèmes

Collaborer avec les fournisseurs, assurer le respect de la méthodologie et des exigences techniques du programme.

Calculer et analyser des charges.

Calculer et revoir des analyses statiques et de fatigue liées aux systèmes

Réviser des documents des fournisseurs

Préparer des rapports de certification.

En tant que candidat idéal,

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Baccalauréat en Ingénierie Mécanique ou Aéronautique

Vous possédez au moins sept (7) ans d’expérience avec les techniques d’analyse de charges, de contraintes et de fatigue des systèmes

Vous êtes familier avec les exigences de qualification structurelles pour les systèmes d’avions, en particulier : les trains d’atterrissage, les commandes de vol électriques de type « FBW », commandes de vol hydrauliques, commande de stabilisateur horizontal, les commandes de volet hypersustentateurs, composantes hydrauliques et électro-mécaniques, conduites, etc...

Vous êtes familiers avec les méthodes de calcul de charges des trains d’atterrissage

La connaissance de logiciels tels que CATIA, PATRAN est un atout.

Une expérience antérieure de travail sur un programme de développement ou de support en service d'un avion, y compris de certification, serait un atout.

Une expérience de délégué au sein d’une organisation d’approbation (DAO) serait un atout.

Vous avez un sens aigu des responsabilités, avez de l’intégrité et êtes un joueur d’équipe

De bonnes habiletés en communication et en informatique sont essentielles.

In your role, you will :

Define the structural integrity requirements for various system components such as landing gears, rolling stocks, FBW flight controls, high lift systems, hydraulic equipment, emergency power systems, pneumatic systems, fuel and fuel inerting systems, engine and fire control systems and ducting.

Develop methodology for structural integrity of those systems.

Collaborate with suppliers to ensure program and technical requirements and methodologies are being complied with.

Analyze and review loads calculation

Analyses and review static stress and fatigue

Review suppliers’ reports.

Prepare certification reports.

As our ideal candidate,

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering

You have a minimum of seven (7) years in loads / stress / fatigue analyses related to Systems

You are familiar with the structural integrity qualification requirements of systems, particularly landing gears, FBW systems, hydro-mechanical flight control system, HSTA, high lift systems, hydraulic equipment, pneumatic systems, ducting, etc ...

Being familiar with CATIA, PATRAN is an asset.

Previous experience on an aircraft development or in-service programs including certification is an asset

You are familiar with the methods related to landing gear ground and landing load derivation

You ideally have delegation experience in a Design Aircraft Organization

You have a strong sense of responsibility and integrity, you are self-motivated and a team player.

Oral / written communication skills and IT skills are essential.

3 days on site, 2 days remote.
