  • Make lasting connections and provide the right financial advice to help clients secure their futures, own homes, and set up businesses.
  • Work flexible banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and be on‑site full‑time.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Client engagement – focus on each client experience, connect on a personal level, provide tailored advice and solutions across banking, investments, lending, and estate planning.
  • Business development – understand the local market, create sales plans to convert leads, use networking to generate opportunities and deliver results, and leverage CIBC’s credit and investment solutions.

  • You’re passionate about people, building diverse networks, and connecting with respect and authenticity.
  • You act like an owner, thriving on empowerment, initiative, and delivering results.
  • You’re goal‑oriented, motivated by accomplishing objectives and delivering the best to make a difference.
  • You have 1–3 years experience providing financial advice, establishing relationships, and achieving performance targets.
  • You hold a professional certification (CIRO‑MFD) and maintain accreditation in the Canadian Securities Course, Canadian Investment Funds Course, or Investment Funds in Canada Course, meeting CIRO‑MFD licensing requirements.
  • You hold a Quebec certification (AMF) with current accreditation and good standing in AMF licensing, and completed the necessary courses for RRC and optional CSI / ICB courses.
  • You value and live CIBC’s values of trust, teamwork, and accountability.
  • What CIBC Offers

  • Competitive salary, incentive pay, banking benefits, benefits program, defined benefit pension plan, employee share purchase plan, vacation offering, wellbeing support, and MomentMakers recognition program.
  • State‑of‑the‑art spaces and technology toolkit for collaborative innovation.
  • Culture of ambition through initiatives such as Purpose Day, a paid day off dedicated to growth and development.
  • What You Need To Know

  • CIBC is committed to creating an inclusive environment where all team members and clients feel like they belong. We provide an accessible candidate experience and accommodate requests.
