The Opportunity :

WSP is currently seeking a Bridge / Structural Engineer who has the interest and drive to join our team in Thunder Bay, ON. In addition to the abundance of work in our local and regional environment, the position will provide the opportunity to work with our larger team provincially, nationally, and internationally. As such, we are looking for an individual with an interest in taking on the most interesting bridge / structural work that the province has to offer.

Reporting to the Thunder Bay Transportation Manager, this position will be responsible for the inspection, preliminary, and detailed design of bridges and other civil structures for federal, provincial, municipal, and private clients. Our Bridge Team has a highly qualified staff experienced in bridge planning, inspection, evaluation, rehabilitation, new design and project administration, and collaborates with other teams based in Ontario, sharing work and knowledge. Our senior staff have published numerous technical papers on bridge design, rehabilitation and construction, and continue to be active on a range of technical and structural code committees.
