Summary

We are seeking a motivated and proactive professional to join the team on a 1-year fixed term employment role. As a Strategy Consultant, you will operate as a corporate and business strategist supporting our client’s enterprise-level strategy, annual planning and high-impact strategic initiative.


Please note that the working hours for this role will be aligned to Pacific Time Zone.

What will your typical day look like?

Drive the annual planning process by defining strategy, aligning leadership direction with team needs, and allocating budgets. Lead key strategic projects, such as enhancing governance for cross-functional collaboration, and conduct stakeholder interviews and working sessions to identify priorities and process gaps. Perform hands-on financial and performance analysis in Google Sheets to support planning and decision-making. Translate data and stakeholder input into actionable recommendations and develop executive-ready materials to facilitate leadership alignment. Respond to ad hoc executive requests with high-quality, timely deliverables.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with these required skills, experience & qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in strategy, operations, or a related field.
  • Experience working on strategy or transformation initiatives where problems are ambiguous and ownership is high.
  • Experience using SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong consulting fundamentals, including structure problem solving, hypotheses driven thinking and clear synthesis and communication of recommendations.
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders and tailoring communication for different audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform data analysis and build financial or business models from data in Excel / Google
  • Sheets to support strategic decisions.
  • Ability to quickly absorb context and adapt to evolving requirements to deliver quality output.
  • Ability to create high quality executive ready slides, documents and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce executive level content.


It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well

  • Experience supporting annual planning, go to market strategy.
  • Background in marketing, brand, or growth strategy.
  • Comfort working with marketing data models, funnel metrics and performance reporting to support annual planning and investment decisions.
  • Comfort working alongside SQL based analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau).
  • Experience with cloud or enterprise technology environments and familiarity with how marketing, product and operations functions interact at scale.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
