Responsibilities
Discovery & Information Gathering
• Conduct structured interviews with Portfolio Manager SMEs, people leaders, and cross‑functional partners.
• Review existing documentation, SOPs, team artifacts, and role expectations.
• Identify inconsistencies, gaps, or undocumented responsibilities across the three group

B. Role Documentation Development
• Build comprehensive role profiles for all three groups, including:
o Core responsibilities/capabilities
o Key workflows and process ownership
o Key tools and systems used
o Decision rights / authority levels
o Cross‑functional dependencies
• Document “day‑in‑the‑life” scenarios and workflow breakdowns for practical context.
• Create clear, structured, repeatable templates to enable future role documentation

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience working on projects, particularly in process improvement, data analysis, or operational optimization.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
