Exceptional decision-making abilities. Experience with Java is a plus but not required. Performance bonus of $7,000 for the first $7,000 you make for the firm. Higher capital levels offered for excellent performance and risk management. Keep 70-80% of all profits generated. Access to experienced traders and a wide range of courses.
