Deli clerks are responsible for preparing, packaging, and serving deli products to customers. Their main responsibilities include weighing and portioning food items, slicing meats and cheeses, stocking of deli products, pricing, greeting customers and taking orders.Eligible candidates hold a high school diploma; the candidate should be open-minded to various techniques and procedures used in the kitchen, be able to work as part of a team, have the ability to multi-task and be able to communicate with staff members.
