Overview

Savers, Value Village, and our sister brands deliver gently‑used, one‑of‑a‑kind items donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used goods away from landfills and onto our store racks. Our mission is to create a world where everyone can shop sustainably.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, helpful experience for every customer, donor, and team member.
• Assist customers with purchases, returns, and product information.
• Support donation intake and guide donors on item eligibility.
• Ensure store displays and merchandise meet quality standards.
• Participate in daily store opening and closing procedures.
