We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options.

Position Overview: We are actively seeking a dedicated Cage Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the cage area within our establishment.

This influential role involves ensuring strict compliance with all relevant regulations, maintaining the highest levels of financial security, and consistently providing exceptional customer service.

Responsible for assisting in the interview/hiring process and rewards/disciplines team members.

Prepare and conduct performance appraisals.

Approve time sheets, schedule time off, and post shift bids.

Address complaints and resolve problems (team member and customer related).

Ensures the highest possible standards of customer service are provided.

Responsible for systems maintenance and reviews management department policies/procedures.

Attend and satisfactorily complete all training as assigned.

In charge of counting and balancing all revenue related tasks.

Operate any and all office devices (ex.

computer, calculators, and money counter machines).

Identify and accurately deal with different denominations (gaming tokens, cash currency, checks).

Assist with drop/count team tasks.

Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and regulations.

Responsible for keeping all documents current and valid at all times.

Have knowledge of the regulations, policies, and procedures relating to the team member's department.

Consult Internal Control Procedures and Policy Manuals for guidance.

Report illegal activity to Security and Surveillance or appropriate levels of Management.

Requirements: Ability to remain standing (and/or sitting) for the majority of shift on the Cage floor and efficiently move around the surrounding areas Must be able to withstand varying levels of crowds and noise levels Ability to communicate effectively with customers and fellow Team Members Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Ability to perform basic mathematical functions Must be at least 18 years of age Flexibility with scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays, special events, and extended hours) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with experience of business specific software or computer applications preferred Fluency in English and French (written/spoken) Experience in counting, management and supervision is a strong asset.
